hmm interesting, presumably the new building has better facilities for a voicetracked programme to go out overnight, but surprising that if they're doing that they're not sharing with Sheffield, Humberside and York (though I confess I only checked Sheffield's listings)

The schedule seems to be:
Weekdays
01.00 The Chilled Alex Hall
02.00 David Smith
05.00 The Early Show with Steve Redgrave
Saturdays
01.00 Glitterball
03.00 Bob Preedy's Hot Country (Repeat)
05.00 Flashback Reloaded
Sunday
01.00 Down in the Grooves with James Addyman
03.00 Raw Talent (Repeat)
05.00 Flashback Reloaded
Although its not exactly clear as they've added the schedule at the start of the day rather than the end, also there's no mention of this elsewhere on the very poor Radio Leeds site. Anyone know when it started?
They should repeat Peter Levy at 3am just to complete the whole Alan Partridge image, who's are half of those presenters anyway?. In fact most of the people on the presenters page I don't know from adam.

Not to wade in here, but;
poxy
adjective UK INFORMAL
having little value, importance or influence
There's no doubt that weather forecasting is a science; so perhaps it's all that comical banter and costume wearing that makes it *seem* so trivial, as defined above.
Ooh I really did wade in there.

I would like to hear your own personal definition of 'poxy' please, and he has every right to wear what he likes!

Costume wearing? It'd be a pretty dull, staid affair if all newsreaders and weather forecasters wore dull, grey corporate pinstripe... If that's what Paul feels most suitably reflects his enthusiasm in the subject and feels that wearing bright stuff reflects the cheerful, friendly person he is, then that is what he should be allowed to do.
He should also be allowed to carry on the banter with Peter as, like it or not, this has been, is, and will continue to be one of the most popular parts of the programme. It allows viewers to have their contributions passed on to Peter and Paul directly. Some people may sneer but it's a fun bit of good natured teasing and workplace banter between two people who really are good mates. If they're good mates then for goodness' sake let them show it!
