Halloween on Late Look North Leeds, the programme finished with the lights dimming, cobwebs superimposed and bats flying on the screen. Bit scare here, said Ian White!
It would have been a bit better if the ending was a bit tighter.
A static picture of the moon when the full Look North closing theme played out was a bit strange.
Whenever they start the closing music at the start I always think they've got the timings wrong and it's going to crash into the national weather any second.

They were doing the same things on the evening Look North. They dimmed down the studio lights and had cobwebs superimposed on the corners - with Christa and Harry facing the screen with a bat or something similar on the screen, they then zoomed into the screen to introduce a feature.

Except Bilsdale transmits the Geordie flavour of Look North...

Calendar was equally bad when the dates were announced, listing the Waltham transmitter (and possibly the Nottingham transmitter) which of course is Central land.

I couldn't quite work out the relevance of Maggie Philbin and Darren Gough ballroom dancing in the main concourse of Leeds City Station to digital switchover. Seemed a trifle random and bizarre.
