The traffic comes from Trafficlink's offices. David (in his Dave Llewellyn guise) has jingles with his name on, so possibly a regular cover gig?

Someone told me recently that Dave James/Llewellyn actually does the travel from his own studio at home nowadays.

Interesting intro to the 10 - a regional ident but with the network sound. I think it was deliberate rather than a cock up

Yes, was deliberate as it was Huw in Liverpool and Sophie in the studio on the anno - they've done that a few times here, although last week we had one regional ident but the network sound was of another ident!

Lack of Leeds Look North yesterday lunchtime. "Viewers from all over Yorkshire" were welcomed to Look North Hull at the start. Mainly Y&L stories, bar one I think, so presume at short notice. Rare outing for Paul Hudson on Saturday weather.

Usually Keeley - but her gear box has broken! Per Twitter... @keeleydonovan

I thought I'd seen yesterday's lunchtime bulletin from Leeds (on satellite), with Amy Garcia and Paul live in the studio?

Yes it was Amy Garcia and Paul on Virgin too.

On good old terrestrial it was Look North Hull on Emley. Which is odder still.

Don't know if it was work experience day for the production team on Look North tonight, but there was a catalogue of errors; cameras re-positioning in-vision, cameras being put on air at the wrong time, and Christa looking at the ceiling and creeping into Phil's shot.

It may well have been to do with the final bit of engineering work at Emley Moor. BBC1 analogue on Friday night was quite bad - for me it's almost always perfect.

It wasn't good was it... roll on the new set (not that it will make much difference to the crew, but at least it might look better on screen!)
