Has Look North Hull been covering the Great Yorkshire Show?

Look North had their usual GYS special yesterday with Harry, Christa and Paul live from the show throughout the programme. There was however a short news round-up back in the studio from Ian White

Look North Hull sent one of their own reporters, Emma Massey, who filed a report but no live OB. Paul was live on Monday night - probably due to the connection with the Hull and Humber Clipper.

not as it seems. wasn't all BBC money, no time period given, and some of the 'investment' already existed eg in staff already at leeds who moved across to hull.

Are we talking double accounting here or misleading the licence payer into the amount spent/wasted

Also it's annoying that whenever Jon is off we get lumbered with Philippa Thomson. She doesn't do the weather chat bit within Calendar which often seems to coincide with days when it would be useful, such as tonight

Kind of. It was BBC London News pictures, but with Look North sound for a few minutes on DSat. (No idea about DTT or DCab)

Same on DTT - not the first time it's happened either.

Kerrie seems to very rarely appear at any time except her weekend shift, which is annoying

Does anyone know if Philippa does Tyne Tees on the same days as she does Calendar? If she does, it's a pitty we can't double up with Granada and get Jo Blythe or Fred Talbot instead

Meanwhile on BBC1 and Paul Hudson actually was on last night and Christa was giving him a right telling off about 'getting the weather wrong'. Paul was doing his serious 'science bit' and Christa was yawning and talking over the top of it. I know it's all part of the banter but Paul looked slightly annoyed
