I didn't mind Michelle, better than Carolyn anyway

Based on what seems to be happening in other regions, they'll probably axe Christine and Gaynor and get Carolyn to host the main programme!

Debbie Lindley did the weather slot and forecast on Calendar tonight

So she was doing a more high profile role than when she actually worked there!

And then Debbie with the weather. I presume Kerrie is on holiday unless she's been axed?

As I've wrote in the ITV regional news restructure thread:

I don't know if it's been mentioned in the thread, but I've just found out from reading that article that Calendar North presenters Duncan Wood and Christine Talbot will present the merged North/South programme. With Calendar South pesenters John Shires and Gaynor Barnes redundant.

My understanding was that John and Gaynor are to stay with YTV but in a different role. Perhaps John back to sport and Gaynor as deputy for Christine? Its a shame Christine and Duncan are always favoured as I much prefer John and Gaynor.

John Shires is to return to sports coverage, and Gaynor will be doing GMTV bulletins. The 'new' merged programme starts tomorrow.

I guess Debbie will do freelance when Jon or Kerrie aren't available. I was pleasently surprised to see her it was nice to see her back on YTV.
