A few things are changing from Monday. One of which is that I will now be with you every evening at 10.25pm on BBC One for the late Look North. That's just after the ten o'clock news, every night at 10.25pm as well as being with you for Look North at half past six as usual. So join me for that if you can for both of those. And there are a few changes to the Letter as well. It'll be shorter and more concise from Monday, but there'll still be room to let you know what's happening on the programme that day and room for your comments as well. And of course, I still want to know about events that are happening near you, so there'll still be space for those. There'll be regular details in the Letter still about special stories and news that I think you should know about. So from Monday, it's all change and there'll be a new look Letter on Monday.

Presumably this means he will no longer present the lunchtime bulletin?

At last the truth is out there, the infamous Levy Letter is ghost written Wink

No, sadly not. Instead they showed half of Michelle "muuurtivaairted" Dewbury's documentary on the rebuilding of Kingston-upon-Hull, she visited projects making Ull a place that is something near habitable. Shown at 22:35 if anyone's interested Wink

Not half as entertaining as His Levyness being dragged around by that dog in Grimsby tonight Wink

Gaynor and Jon Mitchell were live at the Lincolnshire Show on tonight's Calendar East

Meanwhile Debbie Lindley seems to be running the YTV weather centre on her own this week. In a rare weekday appearance, she today did Yorkshire weather, Granada weather and Border weather

Jo Blythe is this week doing the ITV National Weather

No Kerry Gosney either?

I noticed Jo B was doing weather last week too. It seems a bit strange that they let Becky Mantin, Martyn Davies and Sian Lloyd off on the same fortnight

Although considering Becky Mantin's accident, she may be off for time yet... I'm sure that one of the other two will be back soon.

Well she'll have a bit more time on her hands now she's no longer a part of the Real Radio breakfast show.

What happened to Becky Mantin then?

Heres what happened to Becky.

Quote:
ITV weathergirl Becky Mantin was in hospital last night having brain scans after a horrific surfing accident.

The 25-year-old had cracked her head open on a surfboard.

Becky was treated in hospital but then collapsed, unable to move, a week later. She was rushed to hospital for brain scans.

The telly beauty had collided with another surfer and was hit on the back of the head with a board on June 7.

She was pulled out of the water by a pal and initially rushed to hospital with concussion and slight memory loss.

Becky, who presents national weather reports, went home but collapsed while staying with parents Wendy and Richard in Norwich.

A source said: “Becky was suffering from terrible 12-hour migraines after the accident in Cornwall. It was a nasty whack and she was signed off for a few weeks.

“Then last Wednesday night she woke up and half her body was frozen. She could not open her eyes properly. She was taken to Norfolk and Norwich hospital and given brain scans.” Becky was due to undergo an MRI scan too.

The source added: “Becky’s condition is not surprising considering the force of the knock.”

Becky first found fame on Anglia News. She lives with sports journalist Dan O’Hagan.

An ITV spokesman said last night: “We expect Becky back in a few weeks when she has been given the all clear.”

Article from 'The Sun Online'. Get well soon, shame from reading that article it sounds as though ITV just want her back at work.

Is Sian still with ITV Weather?

Hope BM makes a speedy recovering, met her once-- a nice lady. Martyn Davies back presenting national ITV this week.

Classic Levy last night. He was reading out an email from a viewer (weather photo), talking a with unintentionally strange diction. He then remarked: "I sound like Alan Partridge there!". Oooo the irony <"mirthsome chuckle" emoticon>

Then he had a sleep expert on. Levy bared his soul to the "region", by admitting he only has four hours of sleep a day; he asked the sleep expert: "Do you think that impares me in anyway?". Answers on a postcard Wink

Earlier this week His Levyness blessed a school in th'East Riiiiidin with his presence. One of the pupils emailed Lisa to grass on him: "Peter didn't buy a raffle ticket, claiming he 'didn't have any money' on him". Likely story, tight-wad.

So which TVFers have been clamouring to get a cardboard cut-out of Paul Hudson?

Laughing Would that be the legendary Katie I've heard so much about-- her liking for "Hud the Stud" or some such ephitet?

His Levyness and Lisa said they had been flooded with requests for Small's cardboard cut-out last night-- rather in the same way that underpasses in Bransholme are flooded Wink
