Loving the Peter Principle Laughing

In what way is Jon Hill better than Duncan Wood? I've always liked big Dunc's avuncular manner, but I haven't seen Jon Hill-- so I will have to suspend judgement until I've watched him on that website.

I'm guessing "It's great if you want to look the same colour as an Oompa Loompa" was one of the highlighted reasons?

Some classic rubbish on Look Levy tonight. A Healthcare survey shows people in this region were happy with their health services - the survey was done in Hull Mad conveniently forgetting that all the negative health stories they have reported on have come from the rural areas

Live to woods outside Bridlington to discuss David Hockneys new exhibition of the Wolds landscapes, Peter asks the female reporter where we can see them, "They are on show at the Tate Modern in London Peter" Thats a nice regional story then. Rolling Eyes Whats more if the reporter had any local knowledge she would know that the particular woods in which she was standing are famous for dogging Surprised Surely a far more interesting story.

Strong word there, strong words.

I notice that Look Hell suddenly became interested in Scunthorpe Utd tonight, after a season of neglect. Rolling Eyes

How do you know about the dogging in those woods-- that's what I want to know Troggles?

It's been good to have you there Wink

Well not recently, but with the kerrrr-ick-et season almost upon us there must be potential for sightings.

Although Peter doesn't do sport I'm sure they can shoe horn him in to talk about the good old days when he were a lad.

I understand Dickie goes into hibernation when there's no cricket on.

He was on nationally a few times during the cricket world cup, including on Sky News when they tactfully told him mid-way during a live interview that his close friend Bob Woolmer had been found dead.

Uuuur nuuur, where's Linda Barker? Laughing

Wouldn't surprise me if that were true though; reality often outpaces satire. Very arty; we have loads of emails on the subject, I'm only going to read the ones that praise me though.

Meanwhile on Calendar , wide-ranging news and sport coverage from around the Belmont/Sheffield region-- but who wants to watch a worthy news/magazine programme like that.

It's just not good enough is it?

I notice Morland Sanders is now reporting for Tonight with Trevor McD, I take it he has moved on from Inside Out (Yorks & Lincs) ?
