Look North got a couple of its packages in the wrong order tonight. They introduced one about flood defences then played out one about a terrorism memorial service, which you obviously wouldn't be able to pull off, so they back-announced it, then re-did the flood-defences introduction.
Also nice of Maureen Lipman to praise Caroline and Crispin for listening so intently... has she been on with Peter Levy before?
They just gave a time check. Not all has changed then but overall a big improvement on His Levyness.

No, it should definitely be "Crispin and me"... You can tell by separating the sentence:
"So it’ll be myself (and Crispin) with Look North tonight"
i.e. it should make sense if you remove Crispin - "So it'll be me with Look North tonight."
You wouldn't say "So it'll be I with Look North tonight." If it was phrased differently, the correct form would be, "Crispin and I will be here with Look North tonight." But the way it is, "me" is correct.
What a shock to have some news and interviews. Its amazing how much more watchable the same programme can be when you remove a local radio presenter and introduce trained experience journalists.
Of course the blue rinses won't like missing uncle Peter but the improvement is exeptional.
What a pity that next week its back to banter to prop up the programme as opposed to news and journalism.
I suppose we will have weeks of 'nice tan' & 'you were spotted on holiday' rubbish.
