Anybody able to get caps of the ITV and BBC regional news programmes for Leeds? Cheers!

It looks as though East Midlands Today is adopting or trying out similar chairs as LN, but in white/cream.

I see Yorks & Lincs have an opt out tonight, "Yorkshire and Lincolnshire on Film" with Paul Hudson of course.

We didn't go back to London out of Look North and it ran up until 7pm when Peter introduced the show.

Edit : The show seems like a half hour advert for BBC Humber online.

I liked it when we returned to Christa for a round up of the headlines. It felt like I was in one of the nations!

Can anyone see the point of downloading old news reports and "making your own film with them", as the Creative Archive seems to suggest you do?

Why can't they just have a regional version of On This Day?

Anoraks (hello!) lap this sort of thing up though

Well I for one will miss the passing of the East Midlands Today Launderette and Anne at her ironing board.

Anyway, why are we discussing this in the Yorks & Lincs thread, midlanders, get your own thread.

That was very good, I thought. Something the other regions should do instead of the rubbish regional trailers they put out.

Leeds started showing the programme about a minute before Hull, who didn't go to the national headlines and Peter Levy talked right up to the start of the On Film programme. At the end Leeds had to fill with local trailers while Hull crashed into Network at the start of a "One To Watch Tonight" thing.

Did they let him introduce it over a symbol for old time's sake?
