A funny bit of weatherman banter on tonight's Calendar.
There had been an item about Christine and Jo taking part in a charity fashion show at the weekend. Back in the studio Jon Mitchell was here for the weather and joining in the fashion statement was wearing a very loud bright red jacket.
He then said something about, as if a weatherman would be seen dead in a horrible jacket like this. Obviously a bit of banter aimed at Mr Hudson on the other side

Well, I'm glad to see Peter Levy for a change.
I suppose this error was just bound to happen one day.

Hmm.. if Leeds are having technical problems will Inside Out happen, or does Hull have a copy of the programme to be able to play out themselves.
Pure speculation here, but Andrew's point about Radio Leeds still being on air - it could easily be the case that they can support the radio output on generators but not the TV studio if it's a power issue.

It's not the first time - Hull have done pan-regional breakfast before now

I'm surprised Peter didn't mention the fact that he had more viewers tonight than usual.
It was as crap as I expected. It is done in the style of a radio show. Peter time checking and thanking us for being there this Monday evening every 5 minutes. Reminding us of the headlines, promoting what's coming up after every item.
Silly blue rinse stuff about him meeting people at the weekend and selling calendars and then of course the celebrity interview at the end. God knows what studio he was in with that orange background from a few years ago.

I expect most of the audience is over 50

BBC Lincoln.
Peter did mention that looknorth@bbc.co.uk was all one word, rather than look dot north on the Western side.
Did the headlines and tease in the six come from Leeds or Hull?
