What studio in Westminster does it normally come from?
I don't know it's usually just a room with some chairs and a coffee table with a view of London behind.
Anyway to prove there's no ITV bias, here's today's The Politics Show

Always good to look at the clock there to see if it is live, or to see if all the buses are frozen in time like they were one week

With the polticians back in the region today's Sunday Soapbox came from Leeds rather than the usual Westminster studio.

Some of the audience for that feeds through or 'hangs on' for Calendar at 18:00 (that show that's on after O'Grady if you've not twigged) meaning that fewer would see Look North.
Hasn't happened during this new series.... Look North still getting more viewers...
Have you 'twigged' on that Calendar is on at 1800 and that Look North (Hull) is on at 1830. Again I pose the question as to why Paul O'Grady would have any effect on Look North? Again, I will point out that it has finished 30 minutes prior to your favourite pet programme actually starting. If you are going to make a claim for your show at least back it up with some common sense. Look North isn't national news you know.
The interview with Christa has been used by you before (to make out that she was the most popular presenter in YTV land in that post) and to be honest I just can't stand her patronising tones. She is cold, hard and downright vile. Again as your pet programme, I wouldn't actually expect you to come to the forum with some well worked out argument aainst her.

Not when I've met her - comes across as a warm, pleasant, nice person.... if you're pleasant and nice towards her.... civility rewards civility. She does have a sense of humour about herself - when she saw an early bit of work I did in 2001 it gave her quite a genuine giggle!

I can honestly say, genuinely hand on heart, that me and Christa get on really well. We’re mates. We take the mickey out of each other just like mates do down the pub. Christa is the daddy around here and if she didn’t want to have a laugh and a joke it wouldn’t happen. She calls the shots. She’s been brilliant for this programme and I think with her, Harry and me we’ve got a great team and the audience figures show that – they’re superb.

Unless every viewer is brought to the studio for a meet and greet, I fail to see the relevance of your personal experience. It's how she comes across on screen that is the issue.
You might want concede at a least a *single* point Katherine.
From what I've seen of her I would have to agree (in part at least) with huddy's critique.

I thought this at the time - but I don't like to think of ANY presenter as the "daddy" - makes her sound incredibly over important and it's when people start going above their stations. I'm also glad the audience figures are superb...but are they high!?

That is how I perceive her to be on-screen as well. Yes, she CAN act the firebrand, but usually with good reason to, for example her inquisition of Arriva Trains' manager about poor train service. Shows she's not one to take nonsense from anyone and says what she thinks. I think she's got a good sense of humour about herself too, and obviously gets on with Paul and Harry.
What approach would you want from a regional presenter - something like Christa's or a style more like Peter Levy's?

Perhaps more unexpected and unusual was Tania Arnold in the studio interviewing the Leeds Tykes coach and captain on the sofa.
Ian White made a comment along the lines of "you enjoyed that didn't you?" after it

Equipment and personnel there:
BBC's main election battle bus
Radio Lincolnshire bus (refurbished since I last saw it, looks fab)
BBC promotional stand with goodie bags, noticeboard where you could pin handwritten questions to MPs on.
BBC Six Newsreader and Look North alumnus SOPHIE RAWORTH
BBC News 24's Phillipa Thomas
BBC News' Richard Bilton
BBC Look North reporter Caroline Davis
BBC Radio Lincolnshire presenter Rod Whiting.
Had photo taken and got autographs from Sophie, Richard, Phillipa and Caroline. All of them are great, Sophie was very relaxed and friendly and the other three were brilliant too.
All in all, a good time!
