I too am wondering about the Sky News debate, still TBC but we’ve had no news at all, not even sneak photos of the studio for it

The extra bit of desk has appeared at ITV News.
More or less confirmation that ITV's election night coverage will come from the main studio, should we need it.

Extra bit of desk??? I’m intrigued!

It's the small extension piece they've used the past two times to allow some contributors down the side of the desk to have some monitors.

Yes! It’s an extender!

Studio 1 at ITN already has two desk areas in it - the main large desk area is used for the Evening News, News at Ten and weekend news whilst the smaller desk opposite is used by the Lunchtime News and ITV News London.

Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but the “Ask the Leaders” programme on BBC One had a version of Arthur which ended with David Lowe-esque beeps. Is this a new thing? Are the BBC ditching the 2010 music (which I quite like)?

Yes it's already been discussed that Arthur is back, have a read from page 19 onwards.

Discussed from page 19 onwards, but that was when it was announced it was being brought back and before anyone heard it. I can't find any reaction to it now people have heard it.

Personally, I *quite* like it.

I notice there's another Andrew Neil interview listed for tonight, yet nowhere seems to be telling us which party leader he is interviewing.

I think the issue is Boris hasn’t confirmed when or even if he’ll participate.

So lazy.

They'll also be utilising the Atrium.

The BBC are putting it this way:

Which could mean that Johnson has agreed to do it but not pinned down a date.

BBC One Scotland has at 7.30pm The Andrew Neil Interviews Episode 3, but I can't find any indication who is being interviewed.

EDIT: The EPG and website are wrong. We're getting Fake Britain.

Tonight’s Labour Party election broadcast was introduced with a warning for ‘flashing images’

I’ve never known such a warning into a party political broadcast, normally the script is word for word identical.
