Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but the “Ask the Leaders” programme on BBC One had a version of Arthur which ended with David Lowe-esque beeps. Is this a new thing? Are the BBC ditching the 2010 music (which I quite like)?

Yes it's already been discussed that Arthur is back, have a read from page 19 onwards.

Didn't realise C4 were planning a debate but no surprise Boris chickened out. Like the idea of a everything but Brexit debate - at least that is a point of difference.

Have Sky got any debates?

There's late night Christmas shopping in many towns on Thursdays in December, so that might or might not make a difference. You could argue it might increase turnout because folk will pop by their polling station on the way or way back from that.

Good news, the 2016 tune was awful - the original is a classic.

'The BBC Election 2019 programme will also feature the return of classic election theme tune, Rick Wakeman’s 'Arthur', in a newly remixed version.'

I don't see how it would have an impact. Regardless of the time of year, you have from 7am until 10pm to vote. Even if it is dark or things on, there's plenty of time to go and vote. I guess parties will be getting their excuses in ready for whatever outcome comes.

Some of the replies to that tweet are ridiculous, getting angry that they're having a brexit-free debate. Why? It's a great idea, we've heard so much about brexit everywhere else and there's so many other issues facing the country that a debate without it is very much needed.

Will all BBC 1 regions and nations except Scotland opt out and show a Tom and Jerry cartoon when Sturgeon is on for her thirty minute slot,?

I hope no one trips like Milaband back in 2015, that when you know he was finished.
