It’s interesting that neither the BBC nor Sky have committed to any primetime debates. The Andrew Neil Interviews will probably be at 7.30pm as they normally are with one or two editions replacing Panorama at 8.30pm

In 2017 they were planned to be at 7pm with the One Show having a week off - things changed due to the Manchester attack.
Primetime Debates will be announced once negotiations are finished - reportedly Johnson and Corbyn want three head to head ones.

Andrew Marr and Nick Robinson both at count OBs by the look of it, with Katya Adler and Faisal Islam seemingly in the studio.

Surprised not to see Chris Mason's name on the press release.

Emma Barnett is on radio duties as I thought she might be.

Love that the classic Election theme is back again.

Sounds very suitably modernised and ‘BBC News-ed’, yet still very powerful.

Let’s hope we’ve seen the back of the floaty 2010 music.

Any Questions will be on the friday so he will be preparing for that.

Sky News' election night coverage is coming from Gallery 4 at Sky Studios with Sky Central's "Innovation Centre" (basically the mezzanine opposite the GB I believe!) being used as a presentation area. Lighting rig is going up in the middle of this month with rehearsals at the end of the month.

Did they mention if BBC Studio D at Elstree will be used for the BBC election night coverage?

I tweeted at the BBC News PR account a few days ago, asking for 'Arthur' to be used, and they liked the tweet! So glad to hear it's coming back!

This appears to be the longer version of the reworked Arthur in the form of a montage of previous coverage. Sorry to spoil the surprise.

Lowe has added strings and sampled elements of the main news theme just before the main theme builds up, thunder claps and finally the pips.

Looks like they rather cheaply just pulled some off-air footage of the BBC parliament repeats for the 70, 74 and 2001 elections there.
