Have to say I'm surprised no one has started a thread on this yet, is no one here a fan of Working Lunch or what? I only found out he was leaving the show when I tuned in halfway through today, so it came as somewhat of a shock to me as well.

In true Working Lunch style the farewell video of Adrian highlights crashed out after about a minute so they had to continue with Consuming Issues, despite a lack of any more view questions Laughing In any case the video will be added to the BBC2 online player in the next week, so keep a look out for that.

Does anyone know who the new co-presenter of WL will be? I'm really hoping it's Paddy O'Connell, I've missed seeing him on a regular basis since Liquid News ended.

Ooo...missed todays. Did see this one coming though...what with all his other commitments. Sad to see him go though.

Not surprised - he does seem to be presenting EVERYTHING else nowadays!

It's no bad thing, he really is one of the best presenters the BBC has got Smile The same can't be said for his One Show partner Nadia, however.

Sorry to sound dim, but which studio does WL come from? Newsnight?

I saw a bit of this. They played his leaving compilation of clips from the past 12 years but it faulted halfway through. Laughing
