That was the CNN presenter.
Sounds like the BBC got their own back as you could hear Norman Smith talking in the background when CNN crossed to Downing Street.
Chris Eakin having to shout over a presenter from another network in Woolwich.

Yes, it's Becky Anderson of CNN. Someone tell her, there's no need to shout into modern microphones

Norman Smith getting his own back now, quite audible on CNN.

Watching the world stream world viewers did get to see the newsroom pan, which I was surprised at to be honest, as in previous simulcasts I seem to recall them using the out of sync ones.
Just before that, the camera had a bout of the wobblys and started a mad spin just before the TOTH.
Did World viewers get treated to the newsroom TOTH pan?

World won't move back to Studio C until 7pm. As at 1830 BST (1730 GMT) it is Focus on Africa in Studio B, which is timelocked to GMT.
I thought they moved back at 6:30 to allow a gallery and studio turnaround?
No, we're still in BST. If the time is GMT, there is a changeover at 6:30 for WBR to Studio C.
So what happens to the hour of BBC World News that is lost if Focus on Africa is timelocked? It'll still go out at 7pm BST.
Nope... the 1800 UK time hour of World News/WBR/Sport Today is moved to 1300 UK time during BST.
The News channel's still in C. With World moving back in at 6:30, one would assume Gavin will hand over at 6:30 to studio E?

The out of sync titles are used when the bulletin is being anchored on location, whether on News Channel or similcast. Anchored from B or C it's the normal World titles with the appropriate box overlaid.
Anchored from Studio E and the titles are the normal NC titles. I've yet to see WN use their box on those titles though.

It's interesting how they get referred to as 'out of sync' and everyone knows which ones they're on about.
