Some sections of the RPA don't exist like they used to. The BBC now follows it's Election Guidelines which I think incorporates all the current parts of the RPA. I know for a fact that one candidate can no longer stop a constituency report being broadcast like they used to be able to under the RPA. The BBC's guidelines can be found here
