Indeed - he's become quite a familiar face on Look North when Paul or Lisa have been away, especially at Breakfast.


He's filled in on East Midlands Today several times too.


He was on South Today early last week, filling in for Alina Jenkins

I know, I nearly choked on my Fruit & Fibre this morning! It must be years since we had a male weather presenter on Breakfast (weekends and the Children in Need MOP excluded).

This has probably already been mentioned, but nice to see the BBC going back to a 24 hr clock for their weather forecasts!

I noticed that for the first time the other day. Does anyone know the reason for this? Also, have any of the regions updated their forecasts accordingly? Having seen the Leeds and Newcastle Look Norths, they certainly haven't.

London has updated accordingly, in fact I think it happened at the same time.
