Yeap.

She's actually dating my (local-ish) MP.

Hellen Willets just did an extra weather forcast because of the snow on BBC One.

Exciting... must be living in one of the only areas not to have had snow.

North West of England should have been hit hard according to the forecast...however here we had a very light sprinkling of snow around 01:00. Still nothing, and it's actually warmer than recently outside. No snow here...

Doubt this will stay for long but if you go to the BBC Weather 5 day forecast and go to the final day's forecast, you will find this.... it's going to be a very cold and a very windy day!

Sad question I know, but why does Newcastle get a Gill Sans '-99' when the rest are in Swiss? Brr! by the way!

I don't normally pay attention to BBC weather presenters but have you noticed that Dan Corbett has been on the primetime BBC1 weather quite a lot this week

Do you think he may actually start to become known by the general public like Carol Kirkwood or Helen Willets are

Dan's been covering a lot of shifts over the Christmas / New Year period, great to see more of him. We will have to expect to see more of him when we lose several female presenters on maternity leave soon.

Dan's been doing loads of shifts on BBC1 ever since the Weather relaunch back in May, he appears very regularly on the Six O'Clock News, as well as some occasional appearances after the Ten O'Clock News. Of course he's still appearing regularly on News 24 as well. It's certainly good to see more of him!

And as for whether he'll become well known to people, I think he already has - most people I mention him to know who I mean, his unusual mannerisms, witty turns of phrase and unique presentation style stick in people's minds!
