Why isn't there a ''Watch Again'' option for BBC North West Tongiht. Every BBC Local News Website has one apart form this one. Why? Confused

Have you seen the North West Tonight website? The only thing that's ever updated on it is the auto-refreshing webcam. They've still got a picture of when the Regions were kitted out in blue and mustard.

Fat chance of them putting the news on the site every day.

It's probably because it covers such a large patch and none of the WIL sites have taken responsibility for it yet.

In Jersey we update Spotlight Channel Islands manually every morning (although we are going to automate in a few months).

It's a turn of phrase, dear. It mocks the futility of an activity that someone wishes to engage in by likening it to them simply bashing themselves over the head with a brick. Geddit?

Look, it'd be nice, but given the poor technical standards of the main broadcast, does anyone have hope for putting it online too? And surely WIL Manchester should take responsibility for it, with the bias towards Manchester in the broadcast, and it being the bigger of the sites?
