Wark in line for TV deal millions

KIRSTY WARK, the presenter of BBC2’s Newsnight, is set to become a multi-millionaire. The media company one-third owned by Wark and her husband Alan Clements has been approached with a buy-out offer worth up to £20m, writes Robert Ballantyne.
The company, IWC, was created last year with the merger of Wark Clements and Ideal World productions, the firm founded by fellow Scottish broadcaster Muriel Gray and her husband Hamish Barbour.
