Well Lucy is back on Wales Tonight already after her weekend presenting the ITV National News.

No new ident for ITV Wales introducing the news at 6pm then - I didnt think there would be!

Sorrel Neil presented the GMTV bulletins for us this morning.

Someone was saying in the ITV News thread that Lucy did the ITV Lunchtime News yesterday yet she was back in Cardiff for Wales Tonight. She has been going to London a lot recently! Id like to see her regularly present on the national news. It was rumoured she was a few months ago - anyone know whats happening?

Well maybe they are listening to us viewers, as today's ITV Wales bulletin came from the large studio with the backdrop - first time ive ever seen them use that for weekends.

Did anyone catch yesterday's bulletins as I missed them. Did it come from the large studio?

Seems like Andrew Jones has been presenting all weekend.

Im sure they have used the larger studio at the weekend and for the GMTV editions when there was previously a rebrand. I wonder if they are planning on changing to widescreen from Monday?

I think they will use the larger studio all the time now. Wales is the latest region to have new digital technology installed, which went live yesterday.

The newsroom refit has seen a new studio gallery into the new newsroom (it used to be at the opposite end of Culverhouse Cross)

GMTV Wales did come from the big studio this morning - looked far far better than the smaller studio.

We also got a new slide for the weather at the end with no map!

We had a report on the new digital newsroom on tonight's Wales Tonight. Apparently the best and most up to date in Europe.

It looks like some of our presenters/reporters are working on the production side of things as the report said Tara Branfield was producing tonight Wales Tonight and Duncan Golastani the lunchtime bulletin.

Justina Simpson presented this morning's GMTV Wales and also the lunchtime bulletin, and very nice to see them using the large studio with backdrop!

Nice to see the good old HTV Cymru Wales aerial logo there on one of the monitors.

Well on the lunchtime bulletin with Justina Simpson, the report featured the old Wales Tonight titles from the mid to late 1990s (blue ones, one of the best we have ever had IMO) and a clip of Nicola and the late Huw Weeks presenting.
