'Hart van Nederland', the third largest Dutch news service after NOS and RTL Nieuws, has a new design since Monday. In addition, their editorial staff (Talpa Network) moved from Amsterdam to Hilversum. It is a full green screen studio. In the intro 6 different Dutch cities are hidden. It kind of looks like the Sims, tbh.

You're welcome.
By the way, I have a question that have been begging to be asked: Does the new Newsmax Adria partnership have something to do with BC Partners' ownership in the United Group? They have acquired the business from KKR back in 2018.
Yikes! Sorry about that. (I forgot I read that on this forum.)

Newsmax Adria makes absolutely no sense to me, so I assume there must be politics involves. On the other hand, the United Group's executives have downplayed any political links -- "Nexmax in the U.S. has its approach and we'll have ours," according to Newsmax Adria's news director --, which of course begs the question, why even adopt the name of an American news service known for its partisan commentaries and not much else? It's possible that they want to develop Newsmax Adria as a somewhat right-leaning alternative to the "left-leaning" (i.e., broadly liberal) N1 and thereby pre-empt any such competition from outside the United Group, but who knows?

Huge news in the Francophone world, Darius Rochebin, who is Switzerland's most famous journalist and who is the RTS's go-to anchor (think a Huw Edwards) is jumping the border and joining LCI in France. He has presented bulletins since the 90s and has been lead anchor from around 1998 - last September, he was moved from presenting the main edition (Le 19h30) Mondays to Thursdays to two Fridays to Sundays per three weeks. RTS say they part on good terms but I can't help that think the move to weekends must have influenced this decision.

At least those Swiss viewers who are big fans of Darius can continue to watch him as LCI is widely available since it went FTA in France.

A historical compilation of news intros from Ireland's TV3 / Virgin Media since 1998:

That’s a trip down memory lane alright...they used that same piece of library music for years before suddenly changing it for no apparent reason.
Missing: the very first, short lived intro, which lasted only seven months, from their initial attempt to run a bulletin directly opposite Six One.
