The globe in that set of titles reminds me alot of France 24.

No surprise RTL chose to show adverts during the Clock, like they do on most of their channels across the continent.

Last I checked they don't do this on MTV anymore, but there's a nightly simulcast on Hír TV, although it's dubbed rather than Subtitled.
