I suppose it is, but then they have bulletins almost every hour during the day. They also have a bulletin which focuses on news from within Germany, which airs at 2pm; I guess that that and the Europe programme are there to provide something a bit different during the day, rather than having basically having the same thing repeated every hour.

That’s funny, the headline bed comes from the soundtrack to a Czechoslovak — West German tv series called Návštěvníci (Die Besucher) that dates to the early 1980s. Its composer Karel Svoboda made music to some Czech TV idents later in the 1990s.

Fascinating insight, would never get away with music like that here; the first set of presenters look too young to be up that early.

In the following video at 0:35, among the promos, idents, and other bits related to the new logo of TV Perú (Peru's public broadcaster) there is the intro for Jiwasanaka , a newscast in the Aymara language (a language spoken by more than 1.5 million of people in Peru, Bolivia and Chile).

While TV Perú's logo and channel presentation are brand new from today, the newscasts' presentation design were introduced at some point in the second half of 2018.

(Video above found through this tweet by TeleVideoFM.)

An other example of this look is from the Central Edition of the Spanish-language newscast; here is one from two days ago.
