Speaking of non-metro TV from Australia, here's an interesting clip from 1994. It includes the final SCN News intro and, at the 0:40 mark, a report about "aggregation," a comprehensive (and somewhat confusing) reorganization of regional television in Australia:

The picture and audio quality of this clip of abysmal, but that's probably excusable because of its rarity and age; the late news, in its entirety, from TSI (now RSI) in Italian-speaking Switzerland, 1979:

A nice surprise from France 3, the 'Edition des Regions' bulletin which is similar to the former UK Today bulletin on BBC1 has been previously been an out-of-vision bulletin with a narrator showcasing regional news stories from the France 3 regional news network is now in-vision from a studio.

This bulletin is shown on the network feed, which is usually for providers who can't localise their feeds.
