Did 1ére provide a local programme of the referendum in New Caledonia or did they take this Paris produced programme?

Do we know that this program was produced in Paris? I thought it came from Nouméa. Confused

AFAIK, the program was produced by Nouvelle-Calédonie La 1ère in Nouméa, broadcast by Nouvelle-Calédonie La 1ère , and simulcast on France Ô .

Find it quite irresponsible to open with that video with no warning at all.

Many broadcasters don't have the decency that British broadcasters have, in my humble opinion…

Worth mentioning KSL is owned by Bonneville International a organization under the Desseret Management Company which is a FOR profit property owned by The Church of Latter Day Saint (Mormon Church). They’ve preempted some NBC shows in the past most notably Saturday Night Live from is inception to only a few years ago (some say it was because of the humor and risk of dirty jokes getting out but in reality it’s because a long running sports program that was making them money) recently Hannibal (because of the violence) and The New Normal (because it’s focus is of gays raising a family).

But unlike Sinclair, Bonneville doesn't impose its political views on the news department, and KSL is frequently ranked among America's best stations for local news. In fact, Fox News-watching right-wingers often bash KSL for having a "liberal bias."
