How has it been doing ratings wise against Nightly News and World News Tonight since it moved to Washington?

Hollywood Reporter on averages for last 5 weeks:

ABC World News Tonight: 12.36 million
NBC Nightly News: 10.66 million
CBS Evening News: 7.25 million

What sort of numbers does PBS pull in? Presumably far lower, but the quality of the broadcast is in another league to the dreadful big three output.

Have found myself watching PBS a few times recently and it really is just consistently excellent.

A fraction of that – usually about 1 to 2 million, though they've also gotten a bump in viewers recently, so it could be a little higher. PBS NewsHour is also simulcast on a number of public radio stations around the country, so there's more reach there as well.

May I ask if anyone here knows the answer - why is the Twitterverse cheering Andy Lack's ouster as NBC News division head? https://www.adweek.com/tvnewser/andy-lack-is-out-at-nbc-news-and-telemundo-chief-cesar-conde-will-take-over/439485/

Some are cheering because they think it's to do with a seemingly false accusation against Joe Biden that MSNBC had been "championing", whilst others are relating it to a book that Ronan Farrow put out back in October, and they think that Comcast has been working on getting Luck out since then.

Has the CBS Evening News fallen off the air?

I was watching WCBS and there was at least 5 minutes of repeated promos after CBS4 News at 6 finished then crashing into CBSN.

Most affiliates now seem to be taking CBSN.

Yes, they all are feeding CBSN after about 4 minutes of promos.
Don’t let anyone treat you like you’re a VO/SOT when you’re a PKG.

I thought I was going mad seeing Bull and FBI getting repeated time and time again!

People are ripping them on Twitter. It’s a shame they can’t even run a crawl or have the CBSN Anchor (unless that’s prerecorded) acknowledge the problem.
