UK elections Dabates

Its been started that there will be 3 Televison debates during the UK election:

BBC, ITV, SKY, and may take up to 90 mins.

SO we will have David, Gorden and nick frights it out like the awful people across the waters. It may not get the go ahead as Alex salmond will take the process to court.

I'm actually quite excited about this. It's nice to see that they're using the Question Time format as a base, as I feel it's the best way to really get the clearest opinion on politics.

Interesting to see the hosts - Alastair Stewart will chair the ITV debate. Adam Boulton and David Dimbleby will perform the same duties for Sky and the BBC respectively (from politics.co.uk). I'm not surprised about Dimbleby, but Bolton especially is very Tory-leaning. I wonder how impartial his chairmanship will be.
