There will be two additions of BBC News Special: US Inauguration from 3pm-4pm & 6pm-7pm. BBC Parliament will simulcast C-SPAN coverage from 3pm-10pm.

Anna Jones & Adam Boulton will be out in the US to cover the event with Adam Boulton presenting a special edition of Sky News Tonight and highlights of the event will be shown at midnight the same evening.

I love it. I can't imagine the backlash if a US paper did the same thing.

4-6pm is a simulcast of the BBC1 coverage. Basically BBC World are covering it from 2-7pm, BBC News from 3-7pm and BBC1 from 4-6pm.

I love it. I can't imagine the backlash if a US paper did the same thing.

I guess they could due to the small-ish circulation over here, and the paper's editorial stance - it's from the TV Highlights column by Damien Love, in Scotland's Sunday Herald.
