oh i origanly recorded it for my friend in America, so he can see what UK News is like

I can confirm that Rose Neill, on BBC Newsline tonight, was wearing a lovely little cream & pink tweed number... with pearls, of course.

I don’t know how embargos work but maybe there was a deadline say 10 o'clock, if confirmation for the courts to lift the embargo was not given before then it would not be lifted until morning, deadline passes the newsreaders go back to normal dress until the morning. Just an idea, maybe someone could correct me if they know how the system works.
