I take it you think this is all one lucky coincidence then?

How on earth did you reach that conclusion from what I have written?

Your logic escapes me.

It's also standard procedure for a news presenter to think "oooh I'll wear black today"

If someone was about to die, it's quite likely that we would have been told about their ill-health or entry to hospital.

It doesn't rule out a sudden illness or accident though - and it could potentially take many hours to inform all close relations, especially if they were out of the country, etc.

Exactly - so if it takes hours, why is everyone sitting in black? - IT'S A COINCIDENCE!!!

Will everyone please disappear from here - it's clogging the forum up!!!

To be blunt you could start by not telling people to disappear from here. If you want to disappear that's fine but others have their own choice. It's mostly contained within one thread so isn't clogging up the forum.

Perhaps because any such embargo could be lifted at any time?

When Princess Diana died, how long did it take BBC World to first report the story?

That was slightly different, for a number of reason.

Namly there was an actually accident in full view of the public and press and secondly it was merly the response which took time to come.
Although they did, if I'm not mistaken allow the Royals time.

Well I keep getting "forum busy". Perhaps its because everyone is trying to come on here and have a dig at me?

Delightful.

Anyway, I personally believe that something must have happened, for such a response to have occurred.

I've edited the post. I meant when the car crashed (if I remember correctly she didn't die straight away).
