sounds unbearable on SKY...
Huw Edwards keeps welcoming viewers on "BBC World".
started 90 sec early as with ALL ITV daytime programmes at 4pm...
Looks like no broadcaster is capable of satisfying TV Forumers.
OH Wait a min, I never complained about ITV coverage, I just stated a point of fact.

I like the way they stop all the traffic when these things happen . . .

The PM normally gets the traffic stopped for them - they don't normally have a TV helicopter trailing them though.

Alastair Stewart at his rolling news best at the moment on ITV.

Actually TV crews following the PM via cars or Helicopters is normal with there is a change of PM.

Yes, but that's a once-every-few-years thing. The PM travels by car, under police escort, almost daily.

This is hardly the most riveting news coverage ever, I personally don't see why they had to change the schedules on the main channels but there you go. The journalists are filling time by just repeating the same things over and over and over again!
All they really need to cover is the speeches outside Number 10

goodness. PM has stayed on the air past 6 O'Clock, and Radio 4 hasn't broadcast the chimes of Big Ben. I think I need a lie down.
