Well it's back tonight and the regional news updates at 1925 will be back too.
The website has also been updated as well with some previews of what's coming up tonight, it's very circular, fitting in with the BBC one idents!

The logo's changed also, as the one before was used during the old BBC1 idents so they've had to update it to fit in with the new ones! Laughing


I am wondering if the regions will recieve an update this evening with the launch of the one show, looking at BBC London website it has also adopted a new look, which shows that there is a strong emphasis on the nations, and could be the new corporate identity.

I don't think there will be a network update at 6.55 as Natasha didn't mention the usual that she'll "be back with the headlines just before 7".
So I think there will be a National & International update done by the regions at 7.25 just like the last series! Smile


Thats the plan, thats what makes it the usual 27min Programme. Thats the plan anyway.

New titles - not new as in updated with the new logo, but new as in completely rethought. They're brightly coloured and there's a new theme tune too - it sort of sounds like gospel music in a way (I think so at least). And the new set is... well... it looks like the inside of a bag of wine gums.

Why is it, that with a perfectly good television centre next door they have to use a spare office in the media centre?

I think it will do ok but could end up being background telly that people only really watch out of routine and not really interested in

I do like the set and titles but i would prefer the windows in the background to covered. The set and colours aren't exactly subtle in comparison

Nice packaging, dull content.

It was just boring. And if you're going to have a real backdrop, make it something of interest, otherwise why bother ? The sound was awfully echoey also.

I can't believe this is going to be on all year round. I trust the old 7pm shows have found new homes in the schedule ?

And how pretentious to open up with an ultra sound scan of Mylene's baby.

I guess with the show running for a year they wish to leave the set up and maybe it's cheaper than hiring a TVC studio for the year.
