Not a bad idea - if the footie overruns a lot, like if there's extra time the commentator should say they can now watch the news on News 24 - which they didn't do last wedensday.

Or here's another idea... get Huw to start at 10pm whatever, show it just on News 24 if BBC One has overrun, and then just put out a time delayed recording of what's going out on News 24 on BBC One when they're ready! He'd even have time to do two different opt out sequences at the end then!
