[B][I] Anyone see Susanna this morning? Notice more than just the usual sparkle in the eye? Wonder what caused it? So glam.

Also, is it me or are the Male Presenters interchangeable? I refer to Bill Turnbull / Charlie Stayt and Mike Bushell/Chris Hollins. Look alikes or clones?

Lastly, as a resident of Hove, could I make a plea for more locally based news programmes? For South Today read Hampshire Today, I lived among the Turnips long enough. Most of us relate more to London and due South not the far West!

True but I don't think you can read too much into that. It hasn't been there since she went on maternity leave.

It was removed during her first maternity leave too and added again when she returned in the same way that Michael Peschardt's is added when he does a guest stint and Julian Worricker's was added over the summer and removed again.

Having said that both Sian's and Sue Thearle's are still there while both are on maternity leave.

You've got to admit both Susannah & Jane are both pretty, & don't overdo the slap unlike a certain female news presenter!

Obviously we don't know about Jane's off air life, but Susannah's other half is a lucky bloke waking up next to that each morning!

i think SR is the worst on the rota at the mo , silly high-pitched voice, leans into the male presenters when handing over - all looks embarrassing as tho she's flirting - no wonder you blokes fall for it. Louise Minchin & Joanna Gosling are good and i'll be glad when Sian's back.

Indeed - she's one of the most delectable newsreaders around. I believe her husband/partner/other half is Dominic Cotton - who presents sports bulletins on News 24.
