London seems to be the only one faithful to how the Sunday Politics used to be with the reveal through the 'S', the proper beds and stings, the stretch zoom transition and the long close with credits.
Most other regions either done one or two of those or none at all.
Interesting looking at the different regions
Some have used the full titles, some have used shorter versions, various different shorter versions, some zoom in on the S, others don't.
Of course the full titles including the anti-BBC newspaper headlines don't really make sense now it isn't the slightly quirky Andrew Neil led affair.
I wouldn't be surprised if former network Sunday Politics staff are producing the London edition.
The directors name I recognised from previous Marr shows. I think Marr and the old Politics Show used the same director but I'd imagine that's no longer the case.

Scotland never had any underscore on the intro, which was all done before the titles. Scotland NEVER had long credits,as there always running out of time.
The North West version credited an "England editor". Can't recall their name, but have they got one editor across the regions - I'd have thought they'd have (and need) one per region.

I noticed that the South East programme still used the stretch transition for graphics on screen behind the presenter at the top of the programme - I guess the kit most of the regions use mean they can't actually do the transition?
I thought that Daily Politics & Marr used to decamp to the party conferences each year. However, neither have appeared at the LibDem Conference, and nothing in the listings for next week indicates that either Politics Live or Marr will be at the Labour Conference either.
Is this part of their money-saving strategy? This week they just seem to be doing DTLs from Brighton.
