I don't know if I like it or not... I mean, I know it's not finished but yeah... Don't like the look so far. I suppose it all depends on how it looks on screen.
GMB bulletins coming from the usual set this morning, but the lighting is mostly off and looks obviously darker. Seems they've reconstructed the set in the newsroom while the changes take place, i assume that's what they've done with the north set. Edit :I'll reserve full judgement until it's seen on screen, but looks like a rather simple set design. I don't know what i was expecting..

I wonder if the STV News at six (west) will come from the GMB set then. All they have to do is change the lighting from yellow to blue. John did say on Twitter that they would have a temporary look.

No the 6pm bulletin is coming from the balcony with the other bulletins ie the lunchtime coming from the newsroom, that has been confirmed to me by someone from within STV...

It wasn't green screen. It was one of the light boxes badly lit.
