I suppose we could find out on Friday. John could say something like 'We're back with a new look on Monday, don't miss it' or something along those lines.
The set is definately needing some work done. The titles are just too American. The music is ok but could be doing with another remix.
No revamp coming, but there must be one in the planning...
Plus John said to me 'Keep watching', since I asked him since the camera's were getting a revamp, was the set getting one as well. Read into that what you will...The timeframe is right though for them to get the gloss paint out.
Im also guessing Gary - if any re fresh was to take place would the North or East studios not get that makeover too??
Presumably East would get it, but remember North was the last to get the current look. But if a revamp is coming surely they would do all 3 now...
Could never quite understand how the North was missed off the last round of makeovers until ages after......but then there is no central belt bias ehh?
Well I would like to post some worthy comments in the other thread that has been created in the Home section of the forum but at the present moment I am unable to do so, unless a miracle happens...

Well regarding the Independence vote, that shouldn't stop a revamp happening due to STV having to remain impartial, hence why they have came out of the CBI. Also give or take, it appears to be every 3 years for STV to have a news facelift, May 2011 was the last time it got a new refresh.
The timing sits right, plus if the signs have been taken down, that could be an indicator that a full revamp is coming. But are the logo's still on the windows that over look onto MacLean Square and Govan Road?
