No, it was rearranged in 2011.

It first came in when the temporary look was around for a few months in 2006 and was rearranged in 2011 which is still in use today,,,

January 2006, the set changed in June 2006 once it moved to Clyde. Updated on 23 March 2009, when the idents were updated again. Updated again in Central belt on 23 May 2011, when Edinburgh version appeared. Aberdeen got the updated look on 6 February 2012

My money would be the 2nd June IF a rebrand actually took place.

I think it'll be to coincide with HD going live on the 28th. It doesn't take that long for STV to do a refit of the studio...

Im still going with June, the same day as the new STV Glasgow launch. I think STV has learned not to introduce new tech and a major set overhaul at the same time.

STV Glasgow will be independent from STV on Channel 3, so Ii don't see any reason why that would be the launch date for a new set for Channel 3.

May ask John about the relaunch date when we have lunch next week...

Laura miller has been announced as the new stv news Edinburgh presenter. Not sure she's the right person for the job, she is truly awful. Rachel mctavish would have been a better replacement for juliette.

That is a shock. I thought Rachel had been made permanent as I hadn't seen Gordon present the programme for a while...
