Funnily enough I spotted that go out last week on broadcast whilst collecting video for the site for the birthday, although I'd missed hearing the initial context to the actual giggling. I'm surprised it's taken a week for them to mention it themselves!

One thing is certain there record the full graphics on screen on with the newsreader.

Kelly ann bishop is back and is doing the main STV Glasgow news.

And Laura Goodwin is down from the North doing STV News Tonight over on STV2.

There getting their money's worth with Kelly ann bishop, over the past month since she has returned. Two weeks covering for John for the Glasgow, Last week covering STV Tonight, This week it seems she's covering Edinburgh. I wonder when she will return to GMB slot STV2 morning work.

Kelly Ann Woodland did a live for ITV News London from her patch on the main bulletin. Nice to see co-operation between ITN and STV.

John Mckay has had to pull out of tonight Scotland Tonight, his voice is gone, not to worry Kelly-Ann Woodland has stepped in.

Watching the STV News and can’t help thinking how bland, boring and tired the set looks. Surely one of the worst sets they have ever had.

This year will be 5th year if it kept beyond May..
