Well, I guess the rumour is true - even though i've not seen no head or tail or any kind of press release saying so.
However, I'm keeping my mouth shut on this until I see an official announce in one of the papers i.e NOT Celtic View or any Celtic related media.

I'm very happy for her Garry, I really am. She always has my support all the time. I'm also worried her too to be honest.
I love Jane very much, and I'm with her all the way 100%.
Jane's always been impartial when it comes to reporting, but because she'll be working with CELTIC TV - that impartiality may be put at risk or on the line. I fear that Celtic TV will criticise her, each time she'll say something that would mean - Celtic played badly or Celtic didn't play very well. Know what I mean?

I've just had a though - Shereen was very good friends with Paul McKinney (former head of news at STV) and the Sunday Herald recently revealed that Paul has accepted a very senior role at Al Jazeera. Do you think we could see Shereen moving to the new AJI? It would be amazing to see her on such a huge platform!

Impartiality has never been a strong occupant of any Scottish newsroom. No-one can report on a topic and not have an opinion..it is really down to how well her journalistic ability copes with this. I hope that no-one would say she was less of a sports pundit if she moved to Celtic TV though.
As for Shereen and AJI - well if she 'did' join I would wonder in what capacity? Let the speculation begin!!

That's exactly what I'm worried about.
My fear is that they will say to her: if she wants to keep the job - she must only give praise the hoops!
However, I'm hoping that Celtic TV bosses won't be as cruel or barbaric as that, and they will just let her do what she does best - Sportscast till her hearts content and praise ALL those who do perform well (not just Celtic)!
As long as she's happy, content, safe and sound - not to mention Celtic TV bosses treating her right. It's cool by me.
