Louise Minchin is taking over the news at Breakfast according to her twitter feed, also as last election but it would seem that she will be in Salford rather than studio E.

I have to say, the BBC's program is seriously lacking life. That studio, as epic as it is lacks the buzz of a real election. The results are slower coming in than ITV. Nothing to say about Dimbleby that I didn't say last time,. it needs to change.

Michal stuck upstairs does not have the same impact as Paxman did when he was perched above the main desk some years ago and Emily is hugely underused.

ITV on the other hand is slick, it's fast, it's interesting, guests are interesting and I'm sticking with it. BBC are relegated to iPad along with CNNi.

Not watching Sky, never have.

Which is being broadcast in the Scottish part of the ITV Border region? The STV coverage or the ITV coverage?

Not a fan of the results with Emily being shown side ways on to the camera, why not stop being fancy with the touch screen and just show them full screen

As was the case in 2015, a mix of ITV Reem and the pre-2013 ITV font.

Lots of journalists on Twitter saying that ITV coverage is better than the BBC's. So far, I have to agree.

I have friends in group chats wanting predictions just before seats are declared - ITV News has already called them.

Boris Johnson's dad, Stanley Johnson, is live on ITV with Tom Bradby with other guests and a smaller desk.

Channel 4 News reporters really getting into it. Really good programme tonight.

Just let down by the ads which means I'm flicking to the other channels and forgetting to go back.
