since were entering that no go period let see if you can dig up some gems:

and the focus of the clip is a stalwart of the Scottish indie music scene - he's presented new music shows on Northsound, Beat 106, and both incarnations of XFM Scotland.

I believe ITV News are making use to the Atrium in addition to the main VR set.

You're right - I've heard this too. Think they are using the area in the basement at the bottom of the atrium, just next to MCR.

Huw Edwards presents the News at Ten bulletin from the BBC Election Centre. Looks good.

I might be wrong - but isn't this a smaller version of the 'Election Centre' the BBC have built this time? I'm sure in 2015 the second floor with the interview area was much higher. This time the interview area looks to just be above floor level?

if ITV News are using the real atrium view of ITN for their election studio backdrop then that will be nice to see. They used it in 2005, and was part of the national news from 2006-2009.

Just saw the promo on News at Ten with Tom Bradby in the exactly same election studio layout as of 2015. So no change in presentation it seems.

Like the look of Sky News's set with all 650 constituencies listed on the big screen. *

I think you've misunderstood - in addition to Studio 1, they are also using the real atrium for certain elements of the coverage. Not just as a background. In a similar fashion to the 1997 and 2001 elections.

Sky studio looks great.

Makes you realise how bland the glass box is.

Can't we just keep the new old studio?!
Stuart, UBox and Brekkie gave kudos
