BBC Scotland will
now
have UKIP at the Scottish leader deabte, because how UKIP Scotland will now contest 10 seats compared to 3 for the Greens, but people are still demanded the green get the pushed out.
ITV's press release say this today for Thursdays debate, 'The stage will have the right number of podiums for leaders who attend on the night' - so presumably no empty chair for May (and is Corbyn dodging it as well ?)

The BBC are launching 'the election wrap' at 19:30 tonight. As a result 100 days+ is no longer listed tonight (but is Tuesday to Thursday).
'Sky News has also announced that on election night Adam Boulton and Sophy Ridge will co-host Vote 2017 from 9pm - with Boulton at the election hub at Sky's studios in Osterley crunching the latest results and Ridge on Abingdon Green in Westminster.'

Presumably no chairs at all. Wouldn't be surprised at all if May agrees last minute once she knows Corbyn won't make it to the studios.
I doubt it as the others are probably going to be more effective debating May than Corbyn than Corbyn would be. I can see why Corbyn won't do it without May as he'll be the whipping boy but Corbyn needs the platform really so I can't see how he can turn down the chance with or without May.

I don't think it is because Corbyn thinks he will be a whipping boy, as they agree on most things.
I believe it is more about playing into the Tory spin of a "Coalition of Chaos" and the fact that when it comes to the vote, it can only result in PM Corbyn or PM May. So an uneven match in terms of the consequences.

If both the Prime Minister and the leader of the main opposition party are not there then the debate is meaningless.
