Sophie Raworth lookalike on BBC News 24

There's a woman who's been presenting News 24 between 2am -6am today (Sat. 2nd April) who looks extremely similar to Sophie Raworth. I think she may be a new presenter. Who is she?

Not seen her before either. Would appear her name is Karin Giannone.
I note she has got a rather cheeky grin too Shame I never managed to capture it.

I've never thought Karin Giannone looks much like Sophie Raworth, only their hair styles are similar. Karin is a much better presenter than that overpromoted lightweight Raworth.

She's a very good presenter. Much better at the BBC than at Sky. She has a youthful, authoritative tone to her presentation style. She's NOT wasted on the international hours!
