Sky are reporting 200 vehicles stuck on a road in Exeter.

They're illustrating the location of the road with Google Maps. Someone has gone to this page in a web browser, and they've put that PC's video output on air.

It's, er, effective, I suppose Smile

They did something like that with the Mumbai attacks.

Pretty sure it was Microsoft Virtual Earth too, BBC uses Google.

Normally when I've seen it they have the good sense to use Google Earth in its fullscreen mode - this was merely Internet Explorer...
