Did they forget to leave space for the regional headlines in the One just now, after my region opted back in, we’d missed the titles entirely?

I’ve just watched it back on BBC iPlayer and there is no opt at all. Looking at the monitors behind Simon there wasn’t anyone sitting in the BBC Sport Centre either. Sounds like a late change perhaps with in the running order that perhaps not all regions spotted in time and perhaps they thought they missed the opt being called?

Yes it has happened again and then we were met with a ridiculously stretched image on the catwalk where one image was stretched across all three screens

Bit different today - the opt happened with sport headlines on News Channel, but then the opening clearly went wrong as we cut to the camera panning from chair to catwalk...
