And I thought they were going upmarket Rolling Eyes

With the "butt shot" and playful suggestions on the page, it's clear what "co-presenter" Dunkley's role in this new show is.

And it ain't presenting the news.

It's all a load of bull too.

Her on-screen personality has always struck me as that of a irritating bitch who is constantly after attention.

So Holmes should get on well with her.

Once again your comment seems overly harsh Cat, I have always though Lorna to be amiable on screen. Then you never seem to have a pleasant comment to say about anyone or anything. If your comment was referring to Kay Burley, then that would make more sense.

What is Lorna doing there, it looks like a very feeble attempt to look cool which is what she's trying to do, and what's Eamonn doing kicking her backside Laughing

She's selling sex- it would seem that's part of her role in this new partnership, along with flirting with 'everyman' Eamon.

As I've said before though, give it a month and I don't expect Holmes will be presenting more than three days a week anyway...he's committed to radio on saturday and sunday, plus TV on saturday night. And he doesn't live full time in London. Who they stick on as his sub is really the interesting question here.

I must say I've liked Lorna from the days when she presented for Westcountry. Very down-to-earth girl in my opinion.

This has already been mentioned in the Mock Designs room, but thought I'd post this from SteveDixon.biz

There's a lot of excitement building up at Sky Centre with the relaunch coming soon. Massive rehearsals are underway and that's keeping us all busy...

It also means the regular shows on Sky News tend to have different presenters at the minute so we all feel like we are playing musical chairs! Still I guess that's part of the fun.

It's been great to see what different ideas people have came up with on other websites. One opening sequence video that someone posted on TVForum has been passed round the newsroom like wildfire because people were so impressed. Don't actually know if it's anything like what we'll end up with, but certainly one guy has got some talent!

It's been great over the past few weeks to be able to spend time with Ginny and Anna, two of our new presenters, as well as getting together with the new production teams for the new shows. Everyone seems to be getting on famously - which helps!

I noticed a fair few people asking for behind the scenes shots - and I'm sure we'll get some posted on here once the new look is live, but I was thinking that there ISN'T anything actually behind the scenes - it's all PART of the scene!

Still, I will grab some shots soon! Right - back to work
