I get the feeling Sky News At 5 is trying to be more "edgy" and "cool" than its predecessor. Shane Warne's new look made the agenda a few weeks ago, let's not forget, with a painfully lengthy discussion chaired by good sport Andrew Wilson. It really is living up to its billing as a a comprehensive review of all the must-know stories!
Well the way Jon Desborough chuckled as he was introduced by Jeremy at the end of the interview kind of sums it up for me. Jeremy Thompson is a world-class anchor with decades of experience covering wars and serious news events - he should not be talking to glossy American magazine editors about Britney Spears and Beyonce.
Colin Brazier presenting NaT for Sky tonight. He struggled to cope with Andrew Pierce and Kevin Maguire for the Press Preview and barely used the iPad at all.
I saw that too - he tended to trip up over words and things which I thought was odd as he's quite a good presenter and has done quite a bit of "debate" moderation! Nonetheless, I think he should be back where he belongs - the 1pm Live Desk, although that's unlikely with Boulton & Bland - mediocre interview after interview!
great job of lisa nights as main presenter on sunrise today
She wasn't really the main presenter. With Anna Botting in Tripoli doing the first 15 minutes at both the TOTH and BOTH, she didn't really have that much to do!
has lisa nights moved from freelance to staff? Today she has a weekday afternoon slot beside kay burley and this saturday she was beside anna botting the main presenter on sunrise

She certainly still seems to do a lot of the overnight shifts.
